Aside from a bloom documented near the boat launch in Brooks Lake, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality has not yet confirmed reports of additional cyanobacterial blooms on Togwotee Pass. It is, however, investigating possible blooms in Rainbow Lake and Upper Jade Lake. Officials with Brooks Lake Lodge also believe there are more on the pass than yet reported in a state database, WyoHCBS.org.
