Jackson Lake could hit its lowest water level heading into winter since at least the late 1970s. The lake was just 67% full as of Tuesday; it’s typically 74% full in mid-October, at the end of the irrigation season. The reservoir system as a whole was 38% full on Tuesday, just 1% above the average mid-October low of 37%.
