The Jackson Town Council is pumping the brakes on approving the Mogul Capital’s hotel sketch plan. Mogul proposes to build a 92,284 square-foot underground garage that is approximately 20 feet deep. However, according to a 2017 geotechnical report that was included in the sketch plan, the water table is only 2 to 8n feet deep beneath the project site.
