County to present draft of water quality master plan Nov. 15 at Library

The public is invited to attend Teton County’s presentation of the first draft of its Water Quality Master Plan (WQMP). According to the County’s announcement, the WQMP lays out a 20-year plan for the management and protection of surface and groundwater resources, as well as wastewater, stormwater and drinking water.
