Letter of Support for Formation of Elk Refuge Sewer District

Letter of support submitted on behalf of Protect Our Water Jackson Hole (POWJH), on the formation of the Elk Refuge Sewer District. Forming a sewer district is a crucial step towards installation of a sewer line connecting hotels and residences along US-89 north of Jackson to the Town of Jackson Wastewater Treatment Plant. This sewer connection will prevent further wastewater pollution from entering the Flat Creek watershed.
