Supreme Court: County Can’t Enforce Regs on State Parcel, in Suit Spurred by Glamping Outfit

Teton County can not enforce its land use regulations on a state parcel, the Wyoming Supreme Court decided Thursday, in a lawsuit spurred by a controversial luxury camping business, called Tammah, formerly Basecamp, near Teton Village.
