Tap Into Science: A free event series in partnership with Snake River Brewing

Expanding Knowledge, Inspiring Action

POWJH continues to host our Tap Into Science free education event series in partnership with Snake River Brewing featuring presentations by local scientists and water resources professionals. Since its launch, the program has provided over a dozen seasonally appropriate presentations. From measuring the snowpack to water use on agricultural lands, the threat of toxic algal blooms in our watershed, and the importance of clean water in brewing a great tap beer, we will continue to provide a variety of engaging topics for attendees to enjoy in a relaxed environment. Join us for thought-provoking discussions on critical water issues with leading experts. And, if you choose, with an award-winning beer in hand!

Upcoming Events

Join us for FREE presentations by local scientists where you can relax and enjoy a pint of award-winning beer while you learn about engaging watershed science topics around Jackson Hole. The goal is to promote enthusiasm for science in a fun and casual atmosphere. You don’t have to be a science geek — all you need is a thirst for knowledge!

STAY TUNED! We’ve wrapped up our 2025 event series and are working on our 2026 schedule. We’ll share it as soon as it’s ready.
