Teton County Declares State of Emergency Following Hoback Subdivision’s Water Line Break

Teton County commissioners declared an emergency Monday morning a little less than a week after a water line broke in the J-W subdivision.
The Hoback Junction water line broke early in the morning of May 27 and led to a loss of pressure in the distribution system, according to a boil water order notice issued last Wednesday. A loss of pressure can allow fecal contamination or other disease-causing organisms to enter the water system.
