Town Asks Residents, Businesses to Cut Back on Irrigation

The Town of Jackson (ToJ) is requesting that residents and businesses pause or reduce irrigation immediately until further notice while one of three water wells in West Jackson is experiencing problems.

ToJ asked for help with easing the strain on the town’s water system, particularly during overnight hours. TOJ also noted that overall water supply remains adequate and that the water system remains functional, adding that there are no restrictions in place regarding household water usage.
