Wyoming reaches agreement with federal government over Jackson Lake Dam flows

After a winter of epic snowfall, the Mountain West is grappling with who gets all the runoff. Wyoming has reached a deal with the Bureau of Reclamation to keep water in the Upper Snake River Basin flowing. Alan Osterland, Chief of Fisheries for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, said they are working on a path toward long-term solutions to help protect sensitive species in a 4.5-mile stretch of river below the Jackson Lake Dam.
